The childcare provider, Hermita A. Lazo Samaniego, is an active teacher working since 1996. She started to work with low income families in The Andes Mountains, Peru. The provider has a BS Early Childhood Education Degree by “La Asuncion de Maria University,” Peru; and Child Development Side Supervisor Permit by Commission on Teacher Credentialing of California State. Hermita emigrated from South America and she has been taking classes at San Jose City College, Santa Clara Mission College and Pacific Oak College to continue her education. She took classes about the Special Needs Education which she will available to be more helpful. She is not only a certified teacher, but she was also trained by Maria Montessori Teacher Training Center as well. Beside that Hermita is not alone; her family supports her making a wonderful team.
